Do you need access to my property to fit a meter?

We can usually fit the meter while you are out and will leave you a leaflet to explain that we have done so. However, if we need you to be present for any reason e.g. to fit the meter internally we will knock on your door or leave a card asking you to contact us to make an appointment.
