Moving home

There's a few pieces of information you'll need to tell us about your move. Having these to hand will help you submit your move quickly so you can get back to the rest of your day. We'll take care of the rest.​

  • I’m a new Affinity Water customer​

    Your new address

    Contact details​

    Your mobile number and email address, so we can contact you about your account

    A meter read (if you have one)​

    If your new home has a meter you can give us a read within 7 days of your moving in date, otherwise we'll estimate the reading for your opening bill.

    Here's a step-by-step guide on how to read your meter​

    Your bank details

    If you want to set up direct debit payments​

Please check if your new address is in our supply area.

Just so you know

Once you've submitted your move details to us, we'll update your account as soon as we can. In most cases you'll see the changes in your account later today, and we'll email or post your bill to you within the next few days.

If you'd prefer to wait until closer to your move date to submit a meter read or receive your bill, that's fine, you can come back later to give us your move detail.
