  1. Submit your request letter including co-ordinates, detailed plans of the proposed diversion and asking the location of our apparatus.
  2. We will confirm we have everything needed to answer your enquiry within 5 calendar days of receiving your application.
  3. After receiving the full and complete information we will send you a response which includes a map of our apparatus and guidance notes.

  3. Budget price

  We work on the budget price.

  

  4. Request sent

  We send you a budget price.

  1. Submit your budget request, including an application fee, co-ordinates and details plans of the proposals.
  2. We will confirm we have everything needed to answer your enquiry within 5 calendar days of receiving your application.
  3. We will work on your budget price
  4. 28 calendar days after we have received the full and complete information you will receive your budget price letter.

  We review the information and draft diversion and estimate.

  

  4. Discuss works and estimate

  We discuss the scope of work and the estimate with you.

  

  5. Final design & costs

  We send you the final design and cost.

  1. Submit your request, including a location map showing the required diversion, cross level sections and co-ordinates of the diversion.
  2. Within 5 calendar days of receiving your application we will confirm in writing that we have everything needed to answer your enquiry.
  3. We will review the information and prepare the draft diversion and draft estimate.
  4. We will discuss with you the scope of work and the final estimate.
  5. We will send the final design and cost
