We know it can be a difficult time, so we want to keep it as simple as possible.
Please complete the form to tell us about the death of someone named on the bill, and we'll do the rest.

We need to know what is happening at the property regarding future water use. If the property is not occupied but you still require water, for decorating or cleaning for example, you will need to tell us who is going to responsible for paying any future bills.

Where properties were occupied jointly but only one name was on the bill, please enter the date of death.
We understand the property may be for sale, have reverted to the landlord, be awaiting probate or redevelopment etc. Please try to give us all the relevant information.
