Low water pressure in Great Missenden

We’re really sorry you're experiencing lower water pressure than normal. There’s a burst water main on London Road which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our technician has assessed the burst and a repair team are on their way to help.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far

(02:50) Technicians on site attempting to depressurise the main. Repair team still need the main throttled to carry out the work, however further throttling may cause no waters in the area. Technicians on site have turned all the valves back on and looking into how the job can be carried out with minimal customer impact.

(22:00) Technician on route to investigate.

(20:35) Repair team have asked for assitance to help with the burst repair.
