Low pressure in Englefield Green

We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on St Judes Road and St Judes Close which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our repair team have stayed on St Judes Road and St Judes Close and are continuing to repair the burst water main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.

We’re really sorry for the disruption. We’re working hard to get your water flowing again soon.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far

(11:45) Re-zone has been put in place meaning everyone should be on supply however pressure may be lower than normal.

(09:50) Technician has throttled the main so the repair can take place this may cause some low pressure in the area. 

(08:20) Burst has been reported St Judes Road and St Judes Close. 

(07:35) No water calls received from the area, technician has been dispatched to investigate.
