Low income fixed tariff (LIFT) - Affinity Water

We’re able to support eligible customers with a reduced clean water bill. Our low-income fixed tariff (LIFT) is available to customers whose household income is less than £19,995 a year or who are currently claiming certain benefits; such as Universal Credit, Pension Credit or Job Seeker's Allowance.
