Every property in our Central Region will be metered where this is technically feasible and these meters will be maintained by us. Currently, 42% of customers in our Central Region have a meter and we are planning to fit meters to 90% of properties by 2025.
If your property cannot be metered then you will be transferred to the relevant domestic assessed tariff. Not all properties can have a meter fitted in a practical or cost-effective way. There are various reasons for this which include, flats with communal facilities and properties with multiple supply pipes.
