We’ll try our best to install all meters on a road on the same day. On some occasions, we may have to come back at a later date. This might be due to the fact that a customers meter has to be fitted internally, or if they’re on a shared supply. If we’re unable to install a meter, we’ll give the customer a leaflet advising them of the reason and letting them know what will happen next.
