How do I find out about paperless billing?

How do I sign up for paperless billing?

It is very simple, you can set this up in My Account, click on ‘Update my Details’ then click ‘opt in for paperless bills'.

Signup or register for My Account to opt in. You'll need your email address and customer number (found on the top of your bill) to register.

How will I know when my paperless bill is available?

When your bill is ready to view online, we will notify you via email to let you know that it is available to view in MyAccount. You'll just need to login to view or download your bill.

If I change to paperless bills, what happens if I need a bill as proof of address?

You can print current and past bills from MyAccount whenever you need to. Login or register for MyAccount
