I have applied for a meter, what happens next?

If you haven’t already arranged an appointment with one of our team, someone will be in touch to visit your property to carry out a survey. During the survey, the team will locate and prove your water supply. This is so that they can identify the most suitable location to fit your meter. If it’s possible, we will fit your meter on our first visit.

Once the meter is fitted, the technician will leave a report confirming the details of the fitting and any future works that may be required.
