I have applied for a meter, what happens next?

If you have applied online for your meter, you may have already arranged an appointment. If not, someone will be in touch to book an appointment to visit your property to carry out a survey.  

The visit is needed to locate and prove your water supply and to identify the most suitable location for your meter. If possible, your meter will be fitted on the first visit. 
 
Our technician will leave a report confirming the details of the meter fitting and any future works that may be needed.
