Can I add or remove someone from my account?

Before you can add somebody to your account, we’ll need that persons permission. This is particularly important if there’s an outstanding balance on the account, as that person will then become responsible for any charges too. We need to make sure that the person we add understands and accepts this responsibility.

You can add somebody to your account, by logging into My Account. Alternatively, you can call us on 0345 357 2401

Through My Account, you’ll also be able to remove somebody from the account. Whether that’s due to a change in marital circumstances or if somebody is leaving the property. We will need both the account holders and the person you are removing’s permission to make this change.
