Can I get a copy of my bill?

We will normally send you a bill once or twice a year. If you have a meter, you will have two bills a year about 6 months apart. If you don't have a water meter, you will have one bill which should arrive in March ready for the start of the financial year in April.

If you move into a new property part way through the year, we will send your first bill shortly after you register and then you will follow the same pattern as above.
