How can we help?

We aim to read your meter once every six months. Then, you will usually be billed just after we take the meter reading.

You should get a bill at least once every 6 months. If we are unable to take a reading, we will estimate how much water you have used and then send your bill.  At least one meter reading per year has to be based on an actual read taken by our meter reading team.
