How can I amend or cancel my Direct Debit?

If you need to amend your Direct Debit payment date, or change your bank details, you can do this in My Account.

Once you have logged in, click on Direct Debit details and you can amend it there. 

Cancelling your Direct Debit

If you need to cancel your direct debit, please contact your bank or building society. Please be aware that if you cancel your direct debit within three days of your pending payment, the Direct Debit might still be taken.

By cancelling your direct debit, this will not close your account, and you will still be responsible for paying any money owed. If you’re moving home, you can let us know by logging into MyAccount.
