You can change your Direct Debit payment date or edit your bank details in My Account.
If you need to cancel your Direct Debit, please contact your bank or building society. If you cancel your direct debit within three days of a pending payment, the payment may still be taken.
Cancelling your Direct Debit will not close your account, you will still be responsible for paying any money owed. If you are moving home, please tell us here.
