How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

To cancel your Direct Debit, please contact your bank or building society.

Please be aware that if you cancel your direct debit within three days of your pending payment the Direct Debit may still be taken.

Cancelling your Direct Debit will not close your account, you will still be responsible for paying any money owed. If you are moving home please tell us here >>
