I have no water, what should I do?

If you have no water, we want to try and help you as quickly as possible but we need you to carry out some simple checks. It will help us to identify if there is a problem with our water network or your pipework. We will also ask you for this information if you telephone us. Sorry, but we can't help if the problem is with your own pipework.

Please check our bulletin board for any recent incidents by viewing our Customer alerts. If you are the first to call or if the incident only affects a very small number of customers, there may not be an alert raised yet.
