Yes, you can pay monthly whether your water supply is metered or non-metered.
The easiest way to pay your bill each month is by
Direct Debit. It is free to do and you have a choice of 4 payment dates, through the month .
You can
set up your Direct Debit online. If you are not able to pay by Direct Debit, you can still pay monthly by payment card at PayPoint or by payment slip at a bank, building society or the Post Office. Please note the Post Office may make a charge for paying your bills over the counter using payment slips.
To apply for either payment slips or a payment card, please
complete our online form.
You can find out more about PayPoint and locate your nearest PayPoint outlet
here. We will set up your monthly payment plan and you will get a list of future payments and your payment card or payment slips through the post. Please note, if you are asking a payment card the schedule and the card will arrive in separate envelopes in approximately 2 weeks from your application.
You can also pay online using your debit or credit card (Unfortunately we do not accept American Express). To make a payment, please see our
Pay online page.
For other ways to pay your bill, please see our
ways to pay page.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay domestic water bills on a quarterly basis. However, you can still set up a monthly plan, by payment card or payment book, and can choose to make your payments quarterly in advance. Sadly, we cannot set a quarterly Direct Debit payment.
