I have very low pressure, what should I do?

We have to provide a minimum water pressure of 1 bar or 9 litres per minute under the regulations set by the Director General of Water Services. You may feel that your water pressure is low or has decreased but if it does not fall below the statutory minimum, we may not be able to help you.

Click here if your pressure has been low for some time, if it affects only parts of your property or happens at a particular time of day.
