If you're having trouble paying your water bill, please don’t worry, we’re here to help. Find out about some of the ways we can make paying your water bill a little bit easier.

Spread the cost of paying with a payment plan.  There are many ways you can pay, online , giro slip or payment card.

Do you have a water meter, and consume a lot of water because you have a large family or a medical condition?
WaterSure scheme

Are you claiming benefits or do you have a household income of less than £16,385 excluding benefits?
Low income fixed social tariff

Are you in arrears and can't pay your current bill and receiving benefits.
Water Direct scheme

We collect charges on behalf of your waste water provider. They also have scheme to help those struggling with their bills.
