We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?
(13:45) Burst repair complete and water restored.
(13:00) The pumps cannot keep up with the amount of water for the repair, so the technician is going to shut the main which will cause low pressure to the area.
(08:50) The main was not able to be shut due to it being the only supply to the area, we are awaiting traffic management to be set up.
(06:30) Pressures have dropped in the area.
