What's happened so far?
(20:05) The repairs have been completed, all customers are back in supply.
(18:35) The mains has been throttled due to it bursting again. Our technician has taken a pressure reading and all customers should currently have water.
(18:20) The clamp has been fitted, however, the main has burst again on recharge. Our technician will throttle the mains back in to check on what repair is required.
(18:05) A new clamp is being fitted and we expect this to be completed by 19:30.
(16:05) Traffic Management has arrived on site, setting up the road closure, once this has been done the excavating of the burst mains can begin.
(15:15) The mains has been throttled so this should see pressure returning to the wider network. The streets affected list has been updated for those who will still be experiencing low pressure.
(14:55) The burst has been located on Spencer Road on a 3" inch main. The repair team are on site awaiting for Traffic Management to arrive and set up as this will require a road closure.
(13:15) We've seen a drop in pressure in your area, this could indicate a potential burst, a technician and repair team have been dispatched. The assistance of the leakage team has also been requested. A list of streets potentially affected by this has been added at the top.
