We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(20:50) Repair is now complete and water should now be restoring to all properties. Technician is on site and flushing the main meaning some properties may still notice lower water pressure whilst this is taking place.
(19:55) The mains has been shut, customers from the above listed streets may experience no water until the repairs have been completed.
(18:35) The repair team are waiting for the road closure to be set up so they start excavating the burst mains.
(17:35) ETA for the traffic management to arrive on site is 18:30
(17:25) A road closure has been requested, the repair team are on route.
