Your water is back on

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the fault at your local pumping station and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

(20:05) The boosters are back up and running, all customers are back in supply, it may take an hour for the pressure to fully restore.

(18:20) Our technician is on site and waiting for the power at the Lilley site to restore.

(16:40) Lilly Boosters and Butterfield Boosters have been affected by a power cut. Assistance from UK Power Network has been requested.
