What's happened so far?

(19:30) The broken valve has been repaired, our technician has taken a pressure reading and the pressure is increasing back in your area, all customers are back in supply, it may take a couple of hours for the pressure to be back to normal.

(17:25) ETA for technicians arrival is 1 hour.
