We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(12:30) The repairs have been completed and all customers are back in supply.
(11:20) The main has now been shut, customer may experience no water.
(10:55) The valves that had been shut did not lower the pressure, they are looking for ways to help with the repairs now.
(09:50) Technician on site has requested to shut the main to help with repairs.
