What's happened so far?

(17:10) The repairs have been completed, all customers are back in supply.

(16:25) The clamps have arrived on site, the repairs are continuing.

(14:50) There is a split on the bottom of the mains, a connector clamp needs to be delivered to site to complete the repairs.

(13:00) The mains has been throttled to contain the burst, customers within this zone may experience low pressure, please see streets affected above.

(08:20) Our technician has located the mains burst on Fears Green, our repair team is on site but are waiting for the traffic management to set up so the excavation can commence.

(04:10) Loggers in your area are showing a decrease in pressure, indicating a potential burst, a technician is on route to investigate and a repair team has been requested. There is currenly no customer impact.
