We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

Whats happened so far?

(17:00) The clamp repair was successful, the team will carry on digging around the mains to expose the burst fully so when they return tomorrow they can complete the cut out repair. All customers are back in supply.

(16:40) The repair team are trying to clamp the burst to restore water to all customers, if this holds, then the team will carry on digging around the burst mains to expose it, ready for a cut out and final repairs tomorrow.

(15:00) The mains have been shut in order for the repairs to continue, customers within this shut will have no water, please see streets affected above.

(13:15) Technician to throttle the mains to allow for repairs to go ahead.

(13:10) Team on site have requested a shut of the mains to carry on with the repairs, a technician is on route.
