We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?

(17:10) The repairs have been completed and all customers are back in supply.

(16:40) The repair team have now exposed the burst main and are trying to fit the clamp to restore water to all properties affected by this.

(15:05) The mains have been throttled, customers within this zone may have low pressure, please see streets affected above.

(14:50) Traffic management has been set up and the repair team have started to dig to expose the burst.

(11:05) Our technician has requested a repair team for a mains burst on Elstree Way, traffic management has also been requested.
