Your water will be back on 

We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

Appearance of your water

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(17:55) The repairs are complete and main restored.

(17:15)  The team are still looking to locate the main.

(15:30) The main is being shut in now, this will cause no water.

(13:35) All teams have now arrived onsite, traffic management is now being set up.

(12:35) Issues with supply in HA3 and HA7 have been confirmed not to be related to the burst in HA5, The issues here are due to high demand.

(11:50) The burst has been located, we may need to shut the water off to start the repairs.

(10:20) A burst has been reported and a technician on on the way to investigate, we are not sure if this is related to the no water in HA7, but will update once we know more.
