Because of the hot weather, many of us are using much more water. This big jump in demand is putting pressure on our network and can lead to low water pressure or even temporary loss of supply, especially during peak times.

What should I do?

There is enough for everyone if we all use only what we need. You can help your community by only using water for essential use (drinking, cooking, washing) which will make a big difference, meaning there’s more to go around. You can find our top water-saving tips here.

What are we doing?

Our teams are working tirelessly to keep your water flowing. When demand is high, we work hard to keep our storage tanks topped up and run our pumps at full capacity.
