We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the burst water main and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far

(17:10) Flushing is complete and you will see your water flowing back to normal soon.

(14:40) Main has been recharged and technician is on site flushing and taking samples. Some customers may notice their water pressure restoring. 

(14:20) Main has been cutout. 

(13:25) Main has been shut. 

(11:30) A broken mains pipe has been discovered. Technician has been dispatched to shut the main so a repair can take place.
