How will I know that my bill is ready to review online?

Simple, we send you an email to let you know as soon as it is uploaded to your My Account.


What if I need a physical bill as proof of address?

No worries, you can print current and past bills from your My Account area whenever you need to.


Great! How do I sign up for e-billing?

It is very simple, you can set this up in My Account, click on ‘My Details’ then ‘Change My Details’ and select the e-billing option. Go to My Account >>
