We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

If your water is discoloured or cloudy, don’t worry this is normal. We know it doesn’t look nice, but it’s not harmful and you can help by running your cold tap until it’s clear. To find out more, please click here.

What's happened so far?

Wednesday 9th July 2025

(18:05) The pressure has restored to all properties.

(17:35) The mains has been opened fully and all customers should start seeing their water restoring.

(17:20) The mains has been repaired and our technician will now unthrottle the mains to get customers back into full supply.

(15:35) The mains has been throttled now to complete the repairs.

(15:30) Streets affected has been udpated, if the mains need to be shut or throttled then customers within this zone will have no water or experience low pressure.

(14:55) Team on site have requested a shut in order to carry on with the repairs, a technician is on route.
