No water/Low pressure
We're sorry if you have no water or lower water pressure than normal. There is a burst water main on Orchard drive which may be causing this.
What we’re doing
Our technician has stayed on Orchard Drive and is continuing investigations. A repair team are on their way to site and we expect them there in approximately 45 minutes. Due to the burst affecting a larger area, our technician has attended and throttled the main to restore water to the wider area.
All properties now have water with the exception of properties that are fed directly from our Coppice Row Booster. Our technician is currently sampling the main then will make his way to the site of the oher burst that was in CM16 and is in the incidents section at the top of this page. Once there, he will take some properties off the rezone which should see pressure increase to the Coppice Row Booster.
As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
We updated this message at 12:00 and we'll update it again after 14:00
