What has happened so far
(18:35) Our technician has located a burst on a 12inch mains pipe on Garnon Lodge, Mount Road, Epping. Our repair team are on site, and our road closure and traffic management are en route to site.
(18:20) Our streets affected list has now been updated with streets in CM14 too.
(17:15) We started to receive contact from the CM14 area with no water. More streets that are not on the streets affected list are starting to be affected, so once we have more of an idea of what streets are affected, it will be updated.
(16:55) Our technician and repair team have been dispatched to the area. The cause for this is still unknown.
(16:50) We have noticed an increase in flow on our pressure loggers in the area, and we have been recieving contact from customers with no water.
