What has happened so far?
(16:40) The repairs have been completed.
(16:10) The repair team on site have tried to repair issue and use a clamp, butthe clamp is too big, so the correct fittings are on route to site. Estimated time of arrival for this is around 5 mins. The water is still shut off for customers.
(14:15) The mains pipe has been isolated, meaning customers will be without water. We will update as soon as we know when the water should be back.

Our team have contacted TFL to request removal of a bus which is parked stationary on site close to where the burst is located.
(09:55) The burst has been located outside Sainsbury's on East Barnet Road. A repair team is on route. Our technician has shut a valve to contain the burst, this will not affect your supply.
(08:30) A leakage technician is on route to assist our technician in locating the leak.
(07:50) A technician will be attending the area this morning to locate and investigate for a suspected burst main. Starting point will be along East Barnet Road.
