What we’re doing
Our technician is on site investigating. A repair team have been called to attend site and a road closure has also been requested. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, if at any stage you have no water, or lower water pressure than normal, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What’s happened so far
Thursday 20th November 2025
(09:00) We have added a list of properties that may be experiencing lower water pressure than normal. These properties are close to the high point. A road closure is required to complete these works.
(08:35) Our repair team have been called to site. We have started to receive a few calls of low pressure from the AL10 area
(06:30) We have had a burst reported outside of our pumping station on Roestock Lane in AL4. We do not currently expect this to be causing interruption to supply.
(06:10) We have seen a flow increase on the loggers in your area which suggests there may be a burst main on the network. Our technician has been dispatched to the area to investigate.
