What we’re doing
We're sorry if you have lower water pressure than normal. There were planned works to install a valve on Rosemary Lane. This was not expected to cause any customer impact, however, we have had some reports of aerated water as a result of the works so our technician is on site flushing the main to clear the aerated water.
As a result of flushing of the mains, customers may notice lower water pressure than normal. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and thank you for your patience whilst we complete these works.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, if at any stage you have no water, or lower water pressure than normal, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
