What’s happened so far

 

Wednesday 19th November 2025

(14:30) The leak has been located, the valve that feeds that area has been isolated so pressures have restored to the wider area. We aren't expecting any further impact to customers supply but the repairs are continuing.

(13:00) We have had reports of third party damage to one of our mains pipes on London Road in HP7. Our technician is on site investigating.

(12:50) Our loggers have shown a decrease in pressure and we expect areas HP2/HP5/HP6/HP7/HP8 to be affected with no water or lower water pressure than normal. 

(12:15) We have started to receive no water calls in the HP6 & HP7 area which suggest there may be an issue on the water network. Our network team are investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible.
