Low water pressure in Pinner
We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Potter Street which may be causing this.
What we’re doing
Our technician is on their way to your area to investigate and get your water flowing again soon.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

What's happened so far
(17:15) Technician on site confirmed that all customers willstill have water supply although it will be a lower pressure than normal, before repairs take place.
(15:05) Technician is on route to reported to burst, repair team have been requested.
