Low water pressure
We’re really sorry if you have lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a fault at your local pumping station which may be causing this.
What we’re doing
Our technician is on site working hard to resolve the fault and get your water restored to normal. As soon as we have more informtion, we will let you know.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far
(12:40) The team onsite have managed to start the booster but this was fully submerged in water so will need to be replaced.
(11:40) There was a flood at one of the reservoirs which has caused the boosters to fail.
