What we’re doing
We're sorry if you have had no water or lower water pressure than normal. There is a burst water main on Beechcroft Road and our technician had to shut the main to complete repairs. Part of the repair has now been completed and as such, the main has now been returned to normal. All customers will now have a water supply.
Our repair team are continuing to repair the main on Beechcroft Road. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, if at any stage you have no water or lower pressure than normal, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
We updated this message at 13:10 and we'll update it again after 17:10
