We’re really sorry for the problems with your water today. We’ve fixed the broken valve and you’ll see your water flowing back to normal soon.

What's happened so far?
(16:10) The 6" main has been turned back on, water restoring.
(14:55) The main has now been turned back on for the 12", water restored. The 6" works are still ongoing.
(14:00) The works are still ongoing, the technician will update us as soon as they progress further.
(11:20) The 6" mains has been isolated at and work are about to start.
(10:45) The 12" mains has been isolated, they will start turning off 6" mains shortly and once all the valves are off, the mains can be cut out.
