We’re really sorry for the disruption. We’re working hard to get your water flowing again soon.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

What's happened so far

(17:35) The leak has been located and repair should start shortly.

(17:30) The repair team has excavated the area but has been unable to locate the leak. They have now throttled the main line to help determine the direction from which the leak is originating.

(16:50)Technician and the repair team is on site making a start on digging up the burst main.

(16:00) While our investigation continues, bottled water will be delivered to customers currently without a water supply.

(14:55) Location of the leak is being investigated further. While our investigation continues, bottled water will b delivered to customers without a water supply.

(11:50) The burst has been found, and a main valve has been partially closed to restore pressure to a larger area. However, customers within the closed-off zone will have no water. Leakage technicians have been contacted to correlate the main to identify where the leak is.

(09:55) We are still working to locate the potential burst that may have caused this issue.

(07:55) Technician on route to investigate.
