What's happened so far?

(14:00) The cut out repair has been completed, our technician will now be flushing the mains, this will not impact your supply.

(13:20) Our repair team need to excavate around the mains burst some more due to access issues, once access has been made the burst mains will be cut out and a new section inserted.

(11:55) The pump has arrived on site, once the water has been removed the cut out repairs can take place.

(10:55) We have seen an increase in pressure in the affected area, all customers are back in supply, albeit at low pressure.

(10:20) Our technician has shut the mains burst in, this should help increase the pressure back up to the affected area.

(10:00) The repair team have arrived on site and are setting up to commence excavation. The pump is still on route to site.

(09:45) Our technician has throttled the mains and the pressure should start to restore to the wider area.

(08:40) Our technician has confirmed that the mains burst is originating from Kensington Road, our repair team have been advised to head there. A pump has been requested to keep up with the water for the repair works.

(08:25) A burst has been reported on Hermes Walk, our technicians ETA is 10 minutes.

(07:35) Our loggers in your area are showing a spike in flow, indicating a potential burst, a technician is on route to investigate and a repair team has been requested.
