Low pressure in CM16/RM4
We’re really sorry you have lower water pressure than normal. We’ve been made aware of a faulty valve in your area and our technician has been working to resolve this.
Water should now be restoring in the area, however, due to the large area affected, this may take some time for pressure to build up in the mains.
What we’re doing
Our technician is continuing to investigate and monitor the situation until pressure restores and we will update you as soon as we have more information.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, if at any stage, you have no water or lower water pressure than normal, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
