Interruption to your Water Supply - High Wycombe - HP14
Monday 18th August 2025

What we’re doing
We are sorry if you have had no water, this is due to a broken valve and the team needing to shut the mains to complete repair works. Our team have now restored water to the area as they will need to wait for the arrival of further fittings on site. When the parts arrive, the main will need to be shut again.
The repairs will continue tomorrow, Tuesday 19th August 2025.
We’re really sorry about this and thank you for your continued patience whilst we complete repair works.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, if at any stage you have no water or lower water pressure than normal, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
We updated this message at 15:05 and we'll update it again once the information becomes available.
