No water and low pressure in Hunton Kings Langley
We’re really sorry you haven’t got any water or are experiencing low pressure. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Primrose Hill Park which may be causing this.
To see if your streets affected, please click here
What we’re doing
The lamppost is now being removed, the repair team have arrived on site, ready to excavate the burst mains once the removal of the lamppost has taken place. Our technicians are going to start boxing in the mains, once they have done this, they will rezone the water to get all customers back into supply. The rezone hasn't been implemented as of yet, however, our loggers in your area show that the pressure is climbing and all customers are back in supply, albeit at low pressure, apart from 1 property which has no water but this should also be restored shortly.
What you can do
Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Electrical appliances that use water
If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.
We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.
We added this message at 17:35 and we'll update it again after 19:35

(14:00) We have a lorry collecting a new pipe, fittings and a new fire hydrant to be delivered to site, the repair team is on route and a JCB has been ordered. A support driver is also on route to deliver heras fencing to secure the area. We will not require any traffic management as the mains burst is located in a park.
