No water and low pressure in Pinner

We’re really sorry you haven't got any water or are experiencing low pressure. We’ve been made aware of a burst water main on Cuckoo Hill which may be causing this.

What we’re doing

Our repair team have stayed on Cuckoo Hill and are continuing to repair the burst main. As soon as we know how much longer this will take, we’ll let you know.

What you can do

Until we’ve sorted this, please avoid using your:

• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Electrical appliances that use water

If you still have water, we recommend you put some in your kettle or fridge for drinking in case your water needs switching off for the repair.

We’re really sorry about this, we’re working to get your water back to normal as soon as possible.

What's happened so far?

(16:35) Mains are being charged

(15:05) The mains has been shut in, customers within this shut may experience no water and/or low pressure, please see streets affected above. The repair team are currently still digging to expose more of the burst mains.

(13:30) The affected streets list has been updated and the technician has arrived on site.

(13:05) Team on site have hit the mains during the repairs of a valve and have asked for assistance of a technician to shut the mains to repair this, a technician has been dispatched.
